Reservation Policy
Upon clicking on the Submit button, you will see a notification indicating that you’ve successfully reserved a slot. You will also receive an email acknowledging receipt of your reservation.
To confirm your reservation, kindly settle the Activity Donation 31 days prior to the start of the activity.
Please note that if you fail to email the Activity Donation proof to activities@pfced.org [for Makiling Main House, Makiling West Wing, Tagaytay Conference Center, and Times Activity Center] or to support@activities4women.top [for Tepeyac & Panagmula] by the due date the Activity Director may choose to cancel your reservation without prior notice, if there are several registrants on waitlist.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that unforeseen events may prevent the participation of a person.
Below is our cancellation and refund policy:
Cancellations made one (1) month or more before the activity: No cancellation charge. Full refund will be issued.
Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days (inclusive) before the activity: 50% of the total fee will be forfeited.
This accounts for advanced commitments such as food costs.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the activity or no-shows: No refund and considered as Donation to the foundation
Final arrangements (meals, staffing, venue setup) will have been completed.
All refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 15 working days upon approval and confirmation of cancellation.
